The ideal candidate has a passion for fine jewelry, understands customer needs, and can consistently convert leads into long-term clients.Qualifications-2+ years of experience in jewelry or luxury sales (B2B preferred)-Strong understanding of diamonds, gold, and jewelry pricing-Excellent communication and negotiation skills-Ability to build long-term client relationships-Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups-Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and digital catalogs-Willingness to travel (if needed)Key Responsibilities-Develop and manage relationships with retail jewelry stores and chain buyers-Actively reach out to new clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp-Present and sell jewelry collections (diamonds, gold, finished pieces)-Share catalogs, pricing, and product details with clients-Follow up consistently to close deals and generate repeat orders-Visit stores (if required) to showcase collections and build trust-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets-Stay updated on jewelry trends and competitor offerings-Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery-Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activityWhat We’re Looking For-A closer, not just a salesperson-Someone who can turn a cold lead into a loyal client-Strong follow-up mindset (this role is 50% follow-up)-Professional, confident, and trustworthy personality
