Collaborating closely with our talented development teams, they devise creative strategies that not only simplify the process but also dramatically cut down delivery times. Our commitment lies in establishing processes that are not only replicable but also adaptable, enabling us to effortlessly accommodate our expanding client base.\nResponsibilities:\nApplies acquired skills, procedures, and decision-making best practices to resolve various issues.\nLoads and validates client data into the Clearwater investment account system as the primary responsibility.\nDemonstrates a working knowledge of Clearwater Way methodologies to implement and onboard clients, including aligning and supporting CW's Client Engagement Model.\nIdentifies opportunities for improvement and takes the lead in implementing solutions, both individually and within their role, for continuous service improvement.\nApplies their understanding of the accounting equation, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.\nUtilizes their understanding of data intake, normalization, reconciliation, and reporting workflow, along with related concepts.\nApplies their understanding of mortgages and private equity.\nUnderstands and applies Clearwater's core value proposition (aggregate, reconcile, report) in a market- and client-agnostic manner.\nRequired skills:\nThey must possess a solid foundation in accounting knowledge.\nAdvanced Excel proficiency.\nSecurities or financial markets knowledge, especially involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income.\nProject Management Skills (ex. workstream lead, organizing and managing priorities).\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.\nExcellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.\nExceptional problem-solving abilities and math expertise.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s & Master’s in finance or math, accounting, economics.\n2+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience with SQL or other relational databases\nSalary Range: $60,000 - $85,000\n\nThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
