This role will verify order forms are complete and prepare documentation for the fulfillment associates.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES\nDuties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nProcessing of incoming orders to create picklists and manifests within the cannabis tracking system for outgoing deliveries\nNavigating between multiple software programs for complete and accurate data input\nLabeling: Preparing manifests and assigning the correct tags for packages\nOrder tracking: Keeping track of order progress and providing updates to customers\nWarehouse maintenance: Ensuring the warehouse is clean and orderly, and that products are stored properly\nCommunication: Communicating delivery updates to the sales team\nCoordinate with the management team to discuss inventory management plans and methods to reduce errors and maximize inventory efficiency.\nStrong time management skills and multi-tasking in a busy office environment\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nGeneral\nRegulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain medical marijuana work credentials – applicable marijuana licensing regulations may disqualify individuals with certain criminal convictions.\nEducation/Experience:\nAt least 2 years of data entry, inventory management or related experience\nCannabis industry experience is strongly preferred\nMetrc experience highly preferred\nRequired Knowledge and Skills:\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\nProfessional demeanor, strong work ethic\nMust have exceptional problem-solving and project management skills\nStrong date entry skills and attention to detail\nENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nWarehouse environment with artificial lighting and ventilation\nPotential for mold exposure.\nPotential for allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to the marijuana plants\nCarbon dioxide (CO2) may be encountered. CO2 can displace oxygen at high concentrations. CO2 exposure can cause symptoms such as headache, dizziness, rapid breathing, and increased heart rate; in extreme cases, unconsciousness and death can result.\nThe warehouse is properly ventilated, however, marijuana cultivation produces ozone from the chemical reaction of nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds, such as terpenes that are given off from the marijuana plant. Terpenes and nitric oxides can be associated with eye, skin and mucous irritation. In some people, ozone can cause decreased lung function and/or exacerbate pre-existing health effects, especially in workers with asthma or other respiratory complications. PPE in the form of respiratory protection may be recommended in certain parts of the warehouse.\n\nOther potential environmental hazards:\nCorrosive chemicals\nFlammable/Combustible Liquids\nElectricity\nWet Walking/Working Surfaces\nWorking at Heights\nNoise\nEmergencies\nMachines and Hand Tools\nConfined Spaces\nPHYSICAL CONDITIONS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
