Business Development Representative – Employer Health Programs The Cardiovascular Care Group Overview The Cardiovascular Care Group (TCVCG), New Jersey’s premier provider of vascular services, is looking to promote its new Employer Health Screening Program and seeking a driven Business Development Representative to accelerate growth. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with employers, benefits leaders and community partners to expand access to preventive vascular care and wellness solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and qualify employer prospects across New Jersey and surrounding regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Leaders, Benefits Managers, Wellness Program Directors, Occupational Health Teams, Employee Health Coordinators, Business Owners, Risk Management Leaders and Union Leadership. Present TCVCG’s employer health offerings—including screenings, risk assessments, onsite events, and care navigation—to decision‑makers. Develop outreach strategies that increase program awareness and drive employer engagement. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless implementation of employer programs. Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM data, and report on progress toward growth targets. Represent TCVCG at industry events, benefits fairs, and community health initiatives. Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, employer needs, and competitive insights. Qualifications Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or benefits consulting. Strong understanding of employer benefits, wellness programs, or population health (preferred). Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Ability to translate clinical offerings into clear value propositions for employers. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
