Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid eligible)

We invite dedicated professionals to join our collaborative environment where commitment to employee growth and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything we do.What We're Looking For:We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable Inside Sales candidate who matches products to customer needs and prepares winning proposals. This candidate must also coordinate cross-functionally and communicate effectively while following company policies and quality standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of products and solutions.Review and analyze customer requirements to determine which product will be the best fit.Create customer proposals in compliance with company standards and contract language.Prepare configurations, equipment lists, clarifications and exceptions in response to customer requests for use by other departments.Act as the customer contact regarding quotations, technical information, pricing, scheduling and shipping.Coordinate expediting activities with other departments to assure accuracy in pricing, delivery and invoicing.Enter orders into the system for customers.Make pricing decisions based on previous standards regularly.Interact effectively with all levels of employees within the company, as well as suppliers, customers and peers.Comply with policies, procedures, standards and rules of the company.Follow quality assurance policies and other work instructions.Assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by the General Manager or Sales Manager.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).Minimum one year of relevant work experience (Inside or technical sales preferred).Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English is required.Strong interpersonal skills with listening, consultative and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or other.Can handle complex projects and tasks independently within established standards.Able to handle multiple responsibilities at a time and be self-motivated and proactive.Thrives in a team environment with an appreciation of aggressive goals.Possesses a Typing speed of 50 WPM or faster.Physical and Technical Environment:Minimal lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend and stoop in a normal office environment.Ability to routinely travel throughout multi-floor office and shop area, walking, climbing stairs, utilizing elevator.Clean and orderly manufacturing environment and/or normal office conditions, changing deadlines and project requirements, strict time constraints.Benefits401KEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramTuition ReimbursementCareer Development OpportunitiesTraining OpportunitiesPaid HolidaysMedical, Dental and Vision Benefit PlansPaid VacationNote: The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to the job.
