Together, we build and play in Montana.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Lead daily jobsite operations and supervise crews & subcontractorsEnforce safety standards and drive quality workmanshipPlan site logistics, sequencing, and short-term schedulesTrack labor productivity, costs, and jobsite documentationWHAT YOU BRING:Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or Construction Management degree with 3-5 years of field experienceStrong background in earthwork and underground utilitiesAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documentsProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crewsSolid understanding of construction means, methods, and equipmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office and construction softwareBENEFITS & PERKSAt Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
