Description:Position Summary: Warehouse workers are responsible for building and shipping orders, receiving product, visual quality checks on product and keeping the production room cooler full of product to run.Responsibilities: Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Complete diary logs into inventory Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse equipment such as, pallet jacks nad forklifts. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsRequirements:Physical Demands: May be required to stand for long periods of time May involve some repetitive motions Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers Do to the open environment of the warehouse and production room, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme coldRequirements: Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization Perform basic visual quality inspections on products Maintain the production pace of other team members Utilize power tools and various equipment needed to perform duties
