Compensation for this position will be dirtied based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.\n\nRole Overview\nThe Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by operating process equipment, producing and packaging products, and maintaining safe and efficient workflows. This role ensures production activities meet operational, quality, and safety standards. The position requires hands-on involvement in daily plant operations and close attention to process conditions and documentation.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate and monitor assigned production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.\nAdjust operating conditions within approved limits to maintain performance and product quality standards.\nObtain, record, and document processing data and production results as required.\nPerform product handling, packaging, sampling, and general labor tasks to support production activities.\nIdentify, address, and report safety hazards, equipment issues, or process deviations.\nRequired Qualifications\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written batch sheets, procedures, and work instructions.\n0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator.\nCapability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.\nBasic mechanical aptitude to assist with equipment cleaning and teardown.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience operating industrial or chemical process equipment.\nForklift or pallet jack operation experience.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing safety practices and hazard awareness.\nExperience participating in team-based or continuous improvement activities.\n\nVibrantz is committed to protecting your privacy.
