If you thrive in high-end environments and take pride in delivering polished, detail-driven hospitality, we want you on our team.\nWhy You’ll Love This Opportunity:\nTop-Tier Pay: Flat rate of $25.00/hr.\nFlexible Scheduling: Pick up event-based shifts that fit your availability.\nFast Pay Options: Access your money quickly with Same Day Pay or weekly pay options.\nElite Venues: Work at D.C.’s most exclusive locations and high-profile gatherings.\nBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage available for eligible workers.\nWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities):\nPremium Service: Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events.\nBuffet & Table Excellence: Execute formal service techniques (plated and tray service) and replenish buffet food as needed to maintain high standards.\nArea Maintenance: Keep serving areas spotless and handle bussing duties (clearing trays, plates, and cutlery) to ensure a seamless guest experience.\nGuest Engagement: Provide positive, high-touch customer interactions and anticipate guest needs with a polished presence.\nEvent Flow: Serve food when applicable and collaborate with bartenders and captains to ensure flawless execution.\nSetup & Breakdown: Assist with event setup and breakdown to maintain an organized service environment.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nCertification: Active Food Handler’s Card is required.\nExperience: Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or VIP environments is preferred.\nSkills: Strong understanding of formal service etiquette; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.\nAttributes: Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in high-expectation settings.\nMandatory Interview Dress Code:\nTo be interviewed, you must arrive in the following uniform. If not, your interview will be rescheduled:\nProfessional Attire: All-black button-up shirt, vest, tie, and full-length suit pants with a black belt.\nFootwear: Black dress shoes or black non-slip shoes.\nGrooming: Long hair must be secured back; no artificial or long nails.
