This role operates within a defined mechanical scope, utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to complete assigned work, document activities, and proactively identify potential equipment issues to minimize unplanned downtime.Job Description:Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.CompensationHourly Rate: $25.47 - $34.58BenefitsMedical (HMO & PPO), Dental, Vision (PPO)401(k) matching.Annual PTO Accrual and holidaysRollover Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Free Life and AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance ProgramSchedule:Monday - Friday 3:30 am - 12 pmJob Responsibilities:Preventative Maintenance Execution:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance using CMMS-generated work orders in alignment with established maintenance plansExecute routine maintenance on conveyor and material handling systems, including:Belt replacement and relacingChain shortening and replacementReplacement of wear componentsPerform assigned corrective maintenance within scope of training and technical capabilityEnsure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard operating proceduresEquipment Monitoring & Issue Identification:Inspect equipment during maintenance activities to identify early signs of mechanical wear or failureEscalate potential issues or risks to appropriate maintenance leadership in a timely mannerSupport efforts to reduce unplanned downtime through proactive identification of equipment concernsCMMS & Documentation:Accurately complete and close work orders within the CMMS, ensuring proper documentation of work performedMaintain clear, detailed records to support maintenance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement effortsSafety & Workplace Standards:Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirementsMaintain housekeeping and organization standards within assigned work areasOther duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience preferredAbility to work independently and follow standardized proceduresBasic CMMS proficiency preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsSafety RequirementsStrict adherence to Breakthru Beverage Safety PolicyUse of required PPECompetencies:Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pays attention to detail and meet deadlines.This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
