The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a proven ability to identify and resolve order fulfillment issues, maintain inventory flow, and drive operational improvements.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nMicrosoft Dynamics (ERP) experience preferably with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.\nIdentify and resolve domestic and international order processing and fulfillment issues.\n\nMonitor daily shipping activities and proactively address incomplete, delayed, or blocked orders.\n\nReplenish inventory in shipping and picking locations to support operational throughput.\n\nMonitor and adjust replenishment parameters and inventory levels as needed.\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nServe as a subject matter expert for D365 warehouse and fulfillment processes.\n\nAll other duties and tasks as assigned.\n\nCompensation:\n\n$80,000 - $108,000\n\nThe range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.\n\nQualifications:\n4 year college degree.\nHave at least 4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the medical device industry.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience.\n\nExperience working in a high-volume shipping and distribution warehouse.\n\nStrong problem-solving and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate across warehouse operations teams.\n\nExperience with inventory management and warehouse process improvement initiatives preferred.\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.\nHave computer knowledge, including a proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP system experience, Microsoft D365 preferred.\nHave experience leading a diverse warehouse staff with experience in training, motivating, and resolving employee relation's issues.\nPossess good written and verbal communication skills.\nBe willing to listen, respond and empower teammates.\nHave the ability to collaboratively work across the Company, effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and teammates.\nHave the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.\nEEO Statement:\n\nIn order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at LeMaitre Vascular will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
