In this role, drivers will provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services for students and individuals with specialized transportation needs.\nThe ideal candidate is responsible, patient, professional, and committed to creating a positive experience for every passenger. Drivers will play an important role in helping families and communities access reliable transportation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.\nDuties\nSafely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations while following all safety guidelines and transportation requirements.\nProvide a professional, respectful, and supportive experience for passengers and families.\nFollow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality and reliability.\nPerform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle environment.\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding trip updates, delays, or concerns.\nFollow all company policies, transportation regulations, and partner requirements.\nAssist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.\nMaintain accurate trip information and documentation.\nQualifications\nValid driver’s license with a safe driving record.\nMinimum driving experience required.\nReliable transportation that meets company and partner requirements.\nAbility to pass required background checks and safety screenings.\nStrong communication skills and professionalism.\nComfortable working with students, families, and individuals with diverse needs.\nDependable, patient, and safety-oriented mindset.\nAbility to use mobile applications for trip management and communication.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in transportation, caregiving, education, healthcare, or customer service.\nExperience working with children, seniors, or individuals with disabilities.\nPrevious experience providing transportation services.\nYou can work from multiple locations in WA.
