Municipal Sales Manager
Job Description: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers through meetings, emails or phone calls to meet or exceed established sales goalsPromote SJE's Controls and Level Sensing Technologies (CLT) products within the municipal water and wastewater industryWork with customers to find solutions to their problems and conduct product training for employees, distributors and end-usersAnalyze market trends to identify new product ideas and develop value propositions & case studiesPlan/represent SJE at regional and national trade shows and develop and plan regional and national distribution meetings across the regionRequirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA natural drive to succeed and be very well organizedA high level of technical automation competence to support customer and company needsAn understanding of rep management, know your territory, and be able to build relationshipsA 2-year technical degree or 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field and 7-10 years of experience is preferredBenefits: Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidaysHealth, life, short-term and long-term disability insuranceDental and vision programs
