This is a hands-on role for someone early in their partnerships career who is energized by outreach, relationship-building, and making things happen.\n\nYou’re plugged into the AI startup world — you follow what’s being built, who’s building it, and where those conversations are happening. You’re ready to turn that awareness into real partnerships.\n\n*What You’ll Do*\n\n* Support outreach and relationship development with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, and founder communities\n* Help build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities from first contact through activation\n* Coordinate co-marketing, referral, and integration opportunities with partner teams\n* Assist in developing partner-facing materials, onboarding flows, and program documentation\n* Track partnership activity and outcomes in CRM and report on progress\n* Participate in founder communities and ecosystem spaces where Atom’s partners live\n\n*What We’re Looking For*\n\n* 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role\n* Genuine familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem — you know the players and follow the space\n* Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows through consistently\n* Organized and self-motivated; you manage your own pipeline without being nudged\n* Excited to be part of building something from an early stage\n* Startup or marketplace experience is a plus\n\n*About Atom*\n\nAtom.com is an AI-first domain marketplace and ICANN-accredited registrar helping entrepreneurs discover, evaluate, and secure the right domain.
