necessary.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\r\n3-5 years of professional software development experience, including product deployments.\r\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\r\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills including technical writing.\r\nProven ability to implement and maintain software development best practices, including CI/CD, TDD, containerization, and automation.\r\nProficient in Python and Django web frameworks.\r\nStrong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite, MySQL) and ORM optimization.\r\nExperience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and data processing pipelines.\r\nProficiency with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.\r\nExperience implementing CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools.\r\nFamiliarity with Docker, container orchestration, and environment management.\r\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex) to improve developer productivity while maintaining code quality, security, and maintainability, with an understanding of generative AI limitations and the need for human oversight.\r\nKnowledge of Azure cloud services or similar (App Services, Storage, Functions, Monitoring, etc.).\r\nExperience using monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, Grafana, Azure Monitor.\r\nStrong understanding of software design principles, testing, and performance
