Indirect Tax Manager - Fully Remote

We are recruiting for light Tax Manager or heavy Tax Senior for a growing, $4B SAAS company. The ideal candidate will be located in the Texas, Southeast or Florida area. This position will be responsible for performing tax research, and needs to have some experience with SUT & VAT tax, Partnership (especially private equity), merger and acquisition experience, and corporate (provision, etc.).This position will not initially supervise staff, but may in the near future.The right person will have a team player attitude, willing to pivot easily, and can prioritize since this role will cover a lot of areas. Also, someone comfortable with learning new systems quickly.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preference for CPA or EA but not required.4 to 10 years of professional tax experience in either or both public accounting or corporate accounting environment, primarily with C-Corp and S-Corp, but must have had some exposure to SUT & VAT, private equity, and M&A.Strong communication and analytical skills.Positive, servant-leader attitude.
