This position is located in our Woburn, MA office.\r\nThe PM will be responsible for a portfolio of cyber research and development programs. This includes managing all program phases, from marketing to proposal development, from contract initiation to execution, and from program close-out to transition. Additionally, the PM will routinely collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to support the Group Leader and other key stakeholders on staff planning, financial planning, recruiting and onboarding, and continuous improvement of internal security and IT processes.\r\nWhat you will do\r\nManaging program technical, financial, and schedule performance\r\nWorking with the principal investigator, technical staff, subcontractors, and support personnel to identify and address risks and issues\r\nManaging program performance through review of metrics and program execution milestones (including scheduling, cost, and logistics)\r\nGathering, evaluating, and synthesizing data from multiple sources, such as project reports, project staff, and customer feedback to understand and communicate status and to identify trends\r\nInteracting with external program customers and internal company leadership\r\nManaging scientists, engineers, and technicians across broad areas of expertise\r\nAchieving cost, schedule, and customer objectives on advanced technology programs\r\nWorking in a fast-paced environment to enable successful contract execution\r\nBuilding strong customer relationships and establish open lines of communication\r\nWho you are\r\nThis position requires an Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by U.S. Government.\r\n5-7+ years of relevant work experience depending on degree (BS +7 years or MS +5 years)\r\nExperienced in project management within DoD or IC, and/or experience directly supporting program objectives such as managing cost, schedule, and technical performance\r\nExperience leading technical teams on advanced R&D programs\r\nMotivated collaborator and effective communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences\r\nNice to have\r\nAbility to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance\r\nExperience writing technical proposals, or leading proposal efforts\r\nExperience spanning all project phases, from ideation to technology research and product development\r\nWorking knowledge of DoD or IC mission and acquisition processes\r\nTechnical breadth and a demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple, technically diverse programs and teams.\r\nEntrepreneurial spirit and eager to engage in technical marketing and business development\r\nPay Information\r\nFull Time Salary Range: $146,000 – $205,000\r\nThe salary range listed is based on external market data.
