GREAT ENVIRONMENT!\nDuties\nResponsible for Machine Operation to produce finished goods\nOperate in their responsibility to maintain efficiency and quality.\nPerform a variety of manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure steady workflow.\nPerform equipment adjustments\nMounting of cutting dies, print plates, and any other tooling required for each job.\nPerform quality checks prior to each job assigned and during the production run.\nMaintain documented checklist for quality checks, ink monitoring, and clean up.\nKeep machine setup and run times at maximum efficiency.\nHelp troubleshoot any quality or machine issues as they occur.\nEnsure that the equipment is properly maintained, notifying Maintenance and Supervisors of any issues that occur.\nPerform daily and detailed weekly cleanup in accordance with the cleanup checklist.\nIdentify, and report any damaged tooling that needs repair.\nIdentify product safety concerns and report them to your supervisor.\nMaintain proper production reporting.\nOther duties as determined by Plant Superintendent, Shift Supervisor or Shift Lead.\nJob Requirements:\nStanding for long periods of time.\nAbility to read a tape measure.\nBending, lifting, twisting on a continuous basis.\nAbility to lift 70 lbs.\nAbility to clearly communicate with material handlers, other employees and managers as needed.\nAttention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nExperience assisting on multi color flexographic press is preferred.\nAble to troubleshoot and problem solve.\nBasic Computer skills preferred\nAbility to clearly differentiate colors.\nWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.\nWe strive to create and maintain an inclusive and diverse workforce where everyone feels valued, respected, and included.
