Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including scheduling shifts and providing guidance
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong team management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Ability to manage shifts and ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally
- Basic budgeting skills to assist in managing expenses and revenue
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Knowledge of wireless sales is beneficial for assisting customers with their mobile needs
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
