As we continue expanding rapidly, we are seeking an experienced financial leader to strengthen our financial infrastructure and support long-term growth.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nThe Controller is responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, maintaining fiscal records, and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. This position will play a pivotal role in the long-term financial strategy of the company.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the operations of all accounting functions working with all managers to achieve their department’s goals and objectives\nSupervise, direct, and manage the company’s financial activities, including procurement, budgeting, tax, and fiscal management\nPrepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and forecasts for future business growth\nEnsure that record systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards\nWork with external auditors to ensure proper auditing processes\nMonitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors\nProtect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls\nWork with the payroll company including registering for Withholding Tax and UI IDs for each state with an employee\nComply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions\n\nQualifications:\n\nB.
