You will be responsible for set-ups and change-overs and for loading and unloading machines.\n**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\n**\nNone.\n**RESPONSIBILITIES\n**\n**\n**\nCreate CNC Programs and set up work instructions.\nAbility to operate 3 axis machining centers, (5 axis experience a plus)\nSetting up proper cutting tools as specified within CNC programs.\nUsing and navigating CNC control screens.\nTaking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, and able to adjust accordingly.\nFollow procedures to ensure end product is cut to the highest standard.\n**\n**\n**REQUIRED SKILLS\n**\nExperience cutting aluminum, steel, kirksite, molds and dies.\nWorking knowledge of Fanuc, HAAS, Mitsubishi, & Heidenhain controls. Knowledge of Toshiba tasnuc 999 controls a plus.\nExperience with WorkNC and PowerMill programming.\nStrong mechanical & troubleshooting skills\nMust be experienced in Blueprint reading and interpretation.\nAbility to perform calculations and conduct moderate analysis\n**\n**\n**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE\n**\n**\n**\nA high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 5 years of CNC cutting experience is required.
