To manage the manufacturing processes associated with the assigned equipment, with an emphasis on safety, productivity, quality, and good housekeeping.\nKey Responsibilities\nInput accurate information into our Pro Vision job tracking system.\nAccurately mark materials with proper identification.\nConsistently follow quality control procedures and ask questions when needed.\nEfficiently set up and perform all score, perforate, die cut, fold, and/or combinations of these operations.\nPerform adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance.\nTroubleshoot any printing issues.\nMaintain a system that keeps all tools and supplies in an orderly manner.\nMaintain a degree of flexibility in hours of work and availability for overtime work.\nPrepare orders for shipment in a neat manner utilizing shipping materials and shipping software.\nPhysical Environment\nShop floor work area where conditions are subject to temperature change.\nStanding for long periods of time.\nAble to lift 50 pounds.\nOccasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel and crouch and use hands to finger, feel.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.\nContact with and use of inks and cleaning chemicals.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent of education and experience.\nDetail and result oriented with emphasis on accuracy and low waste.\nTeam player with sufficient organizational skills.\nTechnical problem-solving skills.\nAbility to read and understand job jackets and layouts.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety rules.\nWorking ability to use computer software and operating system.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nI have read this job description and fully understand the requirements set forth therein.
