Now we're expanding our Newcastle presence, and we need someone to be the engine behind the deals.The RoleAs a Buyer's Agent Associate, you'll work directly alongside a senior Buyer's Agent, sourcing properties, running inspections, assessing deals, and preparing everything our clients need to make the best decision. You won't be watching from the sidelines. You'll be in the market, on the ground, inside every deal.This role is a clear, structured pathway into a full Buyer's Agent position. The timeline depends entirely on you.What You'll Be Doing Source on-market, pre-market, and off-market opportunities across Newcastle and surrounding markets Attend inspections, open homes, and agent walk-throughs and report back with precision Research suburbs, streets, and micro-markets to build genuine local expertise Assess properties against client strategies, yield targets, and equity potential Prepare deal packs, due diligence summaries, and financial analysis for senior review Build and maintain relationships with local selling agents Support negotiations and acquisition strategy Track all opportunities and follow-ups in CRM with discipline Represent the Henderson brand with professionalism at every touchpointWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to have done this before. You do need to be the kind of person who can't stop thinking about property. Property-obsessed: this isn't a job to you, it's an interest you can't switch off Confident attending inspections and having real conversations with agents Strong research and analytical instincts: you dig, you verify, you don't guess Highly organised and detail-driven: sloppy work isn't in your vocabulary Proactive and commercially minded: you think about what adds value, not just what's on the list Coachable and hungry: you want feedback and you act on it fast Comfortable operating at pace in a performance-driven environmentPrior experience in real estate, property research, or sales is a plus.
