Higher positions require up to and including an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.\n\nPay Range\n$160,000–$215,000\n\nThe BTS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
