The position will partner closely with technical staff and vendors to resolve issues, document environments, and maintain disciplined processes around change management. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with security tools and controls, along with familiarity in cloud-based and AI-enabled security initiatives.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Implement and manage the internal cybersecurity environment to support operational security. Create and maintain network and data flow diagrams and related documentation. Collaborate with staff and vendors to resolve issues and provide support. Monitor, log, and resolve cybersecurity-related service requests and incidents. Ensure adherence to change control processes for all technological modifications.Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical field, primarily in cybersecurity. At least 5 years of experience with cybersecurity tools and controls. Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent certifications. Expert knowledge of DLP, VPN, and next-gen Firewall technologies.
