Genera, Inc. is seeking a motivated, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with a 3 - 5 years of professional marketing experience who is self-driven, organized, and ready to jump in and make an immediate impact. The Marketing Associate will support sales enablement, trade show coordination, digital asset management, and brand communications across key markets including Foodservice, Produce, Protein, and Ready-to-Eat (RTE). This position requires strong execution skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Sales Enablement & Content Creation Maintain and update all sales collateral, including: Product sales sheets & Distributor-specific flyers Assist in building customized sales decks with customer-specific data and reporting. Help develop compelling “sales stories” for Produce, Protein, and RTE applications. Package marketing assets (images, videos, collateral) for distributors and strategic partners. • Ensure all materials are current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. • Support sales with Account Based Marketing Trade Show & Event Support Support planning and execution of trade shows and industry events: Coordinate booth materials and shipping logistics / Order promotional items and customer giveaways / Manage show inventory and materials Assist with pre-show outreach efforts in coordination with Sales. Help plan customer meetings and host events during conferences. Support management of industry memberships and external engagement. Digital & Brand Support Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (in partnership with external agencies). Manage and organize digital asset libraries: Photography / Videography / Marketing templates Support social media coordination (currently LinkedIn is outsourced). Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Marketing Operations & Administration Track marketing expenses and assist with budget management. Coordinate with vendors for printing, promotional items, and event needs. Support focus groups and market research efforts as needed. Assist with press outreach and media coordination. Help measure and report on marketing initiative performance Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of marketing experience (B2B or manufacturing environment a plus). Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; experience with design tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail.
