As a Program Service Representative, you are responsible for the management of onsite/remote CPS Program operations and providing best in class service standards by maintaining established inventory levels, while adhering to established safety standards, consistent communication, and issue escalation.\n\nThis role can be based out of Springfield, MO\n\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:30pm\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBITLIES\n\nAccurately stock product for multiple customer programs by filling or swapping product bins in customer locations, ensuring optimal inventory levels.\nTransport product to customers as necessary.\nDrive program growth through setup of new customer programs, expansion of existing customer programs, and forwarding expansion opportunities to appropriate organizational departments.\nMonitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by using VMI platforms and appropriate equipment to place orders when necessary. Review open orders.\nMaintain expert knowledge of program systems and operations.\nMaintain equipment, a clean and organized workspace, and professional customer relationship interaction standards, including appearance.\nActively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve any issues that may impact customer programs or service levels. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer programs, and communication.\nComply with all organizational policies and procedures, including internal and customer safety standards.\nAll other duties as assigned.\n\nEDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\n\nHigh school diploma/GED required.\n1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.\nMinimum of 2 years' experience in customer management.\nValid Driver's License and clean driving record.\nAbility to pass/maintain DOT certification.\nThe employee is regularly required to lift 30 to 60 pounds. This position requires a person to be on their feet for up to 8 hours a day to perform duties.\nWork is performed in customer’s facilities and will have a wide range of work conditions, including summer and winter driving conditions.\nBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both verbal and written communications with all departments within an organization.\nAbility to solve practical problems.\nAbility to establish, build and maintain positive relationships with customers, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback, and manage difficult customer situations.\n\nPay: $20.00 per hour\n\nPay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
