Job Title: Polysomnographic Technologist Location: Canton, GA Duration: 13 WeeksSchedule:Thursday – Saturday7:00 PM – 7:30 AMDepartment:Sleep Disorder Lab (745C)Facility: Sleep Disorders Center 460 Northside Cherokee Blvd., Suite T20 Canton, GA 30115Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Polysomnographic Technologist to support a Sleep Disorders Center. The technologist will perform and monitor sleep studies, ensuring accurate data collection and patient safety throughout testing.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in polysomnographyCurrent AHA BLS certificationCurrent certification or registration as one of the following:Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)Responsibilities:Prepare adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients for sleep studiesSet up and calibrate polysomnographic equipmentMonitor sleep studies and identify abnormalities, respiratory events, and sleep patternsDocument findings in accordance with established policiesMaintain clear and effective written and verbal communicationQualifications:Strong communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge of sleep disorders, sleep physiology, and study interpretationAt least 1 year of hands-on sleep study experienceAdditional Information:Local candidates (within 50 miles of Canton, GA) will not be considered #TB_HCWhy TalentBurst?
