Job DescriptionManage the strategy and execution of the full life cycle recruiting processDevelop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Guide hiring managers by establishing and clearly communicating recommendations based on knowledge of the markets, candidates, and talent strategies.Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition hiring process, policies, and proceduresDevelop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, and candidatesUtilize innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines for complex and strategic positionsConstruct and negotiate complex offersUse data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendationsProactively maintain/manage market intelligenceKeep abreast of recruiting best practices and introduce themQualifications5+ years of recruiting for positions from the senior to executive levelExperience recruiting for positions in Asset Servicing/Financial Services is strongly preferredDemonstrated sourcing techniques, including building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruitingEffective consulting and client management skills; ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with hiring managers, Human Resources partners and external third partiesUnderstanding and delivery of complex compensation policies and practicesExcellent time management and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and high level of accountabilityExpertise in utilizing applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM to efficiently manage candidates. (Workday Recruiting experience is a plus).Excellent oral and written communication skills are requiredHours: 8:30am - 5:00pm CSTBenefitsHealthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
