Wright Technical Services is supporting a top client in the CNC machine space who is looking to add a Field Service Engineer to their team in Seattle, Washington. This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of their machinery at customer locations. The right candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and great customer service skills.\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment\nProvide on-site technical support to clients\nDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues\nPerform preventative maintenance on equipment\nTrain clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment\nDocument all service and repair activities\nCollaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction\nRequirements:\nAssociate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer\nExperience with CNC installation and repair\nExperience with industrial maintenance repair\nStrong problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nWillingness to travel to client sites as needed\nWright Technical Services and the client we represent are Equal Opportunity Employers.
