Human Resources Investigator
A company is looking for a Human Resources Investigator to assist with employee complaints and workplace concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace concerns
Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies related to employee relations
Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Legal team on investigations of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in assisting with or conducting employee relations or workplace investigations
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance compassion with accountability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
