Description:LivINN Hotels LTD is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to support daily hotel operations and lead front desk teams in delivering exceptional guest service. This full-time leadership role assists the General Manager, oversees staff, resolves guest concerns, and ensures company policies and service standards are met. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on, service-focused approach.Starting salary: $45,760 - $49,920 Depending on ExperienceMust be available weekends, Primary Shift 3 pm - 11 pm.Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Supplemental Benefits,401k and match.Requirements:Oversee daily hotel operations and assume full responsibility when the General Manager is not on siteSupervise, schedule, train, and support front desk staff, night audit, and breakfast attendantsParticipate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and employee developmentConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedbackMonitor reservations, check-ins, activity logs, and shift transitionsResolve guest concerns, complaints, and escalations professionallyReview and verify employee timecards and department schedulesEnsure accuracy in cash handling, safe counts, and key controlMaintain inventory and ordering supplies as neededEnforce company policies, procedures, and service standardsPromote teamwork, accountability, and ethical conductQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of hospitality or related industry experiencePrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and make sound operational decisionsComfortable handling guest conflicts and high-pressure situationsAbility to cover shifts on short notice when neededAbility to maintain required quality metricsMust pass a background checkPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and perform light physical tasks as neededWork Environment & Expectations:Fast-paced hospitality environmentRequires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
