Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client objectives
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic planning
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both the company and clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools
Support marketing initiatives by providing insights on target markets and customer preferences
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related commercial roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze market data and identify emerging opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $34.86 - $41.98 per hour
