Oversee and lead migration projects, including lift-and-shift and re-platforming to AWS and Azure Cloud. Mentor other DBAs on AWS and Azure Cloud practices and contribute to automation initiatives.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Strong expertise in SQL Server administration, both on-premises and in AWS/Azure Cloud environments. Hands-on experience migrating SQL Always-On and SQL Clusters to AWS and Azure Cloud (IaaS/PaaS). Proven ability to manage SQL Server instances (2012-2022) across multiple platforms. Capability to troubleshoot performance issues and implement database performance optimizations.
