We want to share this approach within the company and with our community at large.YOUR MISSION:The People Engagement and Development Director will lead the global people engagement and Learning strategy in line with Chloé history, values, Maison ambitions and grow. He/she will ensure our talents engagement and retention trough a differentiating and immersive employee journey.He/she will report to the Chief People Officer.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Develop a global engagement and learning strategy for our people including HQ, regions and retailDefine and monitor the budget accordinglyMonitor regular employee satisfaction surveys and define appropriate action plansPromote a differentiating and inclusive culture based on Chloé's history and valuesCreate an immersive employee journey from onboarding to community animations, peer learning and individual development plansManage all communications channels incl. LMS, Intranet, LinkedIn...Ensure that our leaders are equipped to face the Maison business challenges and unveil our people creativity and utmost potentialDesign individual development paths for our talentsOrganize internal eventsCollaborate closely and engage stakeholders globally: leaders, retail teams, regional HRHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?University Master's degree level or equivalentA minimum of 10 years' experience of learning or internal communication in a dynamic, creative and international environmentStrong exposure to matrix and multicultural organizationsStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilitiesDeep expertise in employee engagement, learning and development and change managementStrong sensitivity to brand cultureAbility to influence multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and storytelling skillsAbility to inspire and mobilize teamsAgility and business acumenCreative mindset and aesthetic sensitivity
