In this role, you will support the internal creative and production execution for the global girl groups, KATSEYE and SAINT SATINE. You will assist in overseeing the live production process from start to finish, ensuring the seamless completion of live performances, festivals, TV appearances, award shows, international promo trips, and tours. Please note that this role requires domestic and international travel to support the production team on the road. This position manages crucial logistical relationships with external creative crews, vendors, and various partners to deliver world-class live experiences.This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesLive Event Execution: Coordinate and manage the daily production logistics for artists' live performances, festivals, award shows, and tours.Travel & Tour Support: Travel domestically and internationally alongside the production team to manage on-site logistics, itineraries, and production needs during live dates and promotional runs.Timeline & Budget Operations: Track and execute live production schedules, track event budgets, manage approval pipelines, and maintain strict project timelines.Crewing & Vendor Relations: Support the sourcing, contacting, and coordination of technical crews and external vendors to secure top-tier technical support and infrastructure for live activations.On-Site Production Support: Assist the Live Production team on the ground during concerts, promo runs, and live performances. Help manage day-of-show schedules, support vendor load-ins, and ensure all backend logistical elements are executed smoothly according to plan.Asset & Deck Organization: Keep all production files, data tracking sheets, and creative/production decks (PowerPoint/Keynote) meticulously organized, updated, and easily accessible for the executive team.QualificationsIndustry Experience: 3–5 years of experience working in live entertainment production, tour management, or a related field.Travel & Schedule Flexibility: Full ability and willingness to travel frequently (domestically and internationally) and work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, to support live show schedules.Drive: Passionate about both production operations and the fast-paced nature of the music industry.Communication: Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with technical crews, internal executives, and artists.It’s a bonus if you have TV & Live Production Background: Experience in live production coordination for high-profile music festivals, award shows, international promo tours, or music-based TV shows.Touring & Logistics Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience handling touring logistics, international travel routing, or live event operations.On-Site Management: Demonstrated hands-on experience in on-site live production processes and real-time troubleshooting while traveling.Artist & Crew Relations: Direct experience working closely with global artists, technical production crews, and multi-disciplinary internal teams.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technical staging process, live audio/visual elements, and the overall music business ecosystem.Required CompetenciesTeamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work professionally with global artists and across multiple internal departments.Project Management: Exceptional project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain agile in a high-pressure, live-event environment.Precision: Rigorous attention to detail with the capability to manage extensive travel itineraries, budget spreadsheets, and crewing support tasks thoroughly to completion.Proactivity: Proactive attitude toward expanding production responsibilities, taking initiative on-site, and constantly improving workflow processes.Integrity: High ethical standards and the capability to handle confidential artist itineraries, travel documents, and sensitive business information with utmost integrity and professionalism.Don't match every skill listed?
