Program Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple data programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategyDefine program scope, goals, timelines, and success metricsCoordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Business stakeholdersDrive execution of data initiatives such as data platform development, data migration, governance, and analytics solutionsEstablish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication frameworksIdentify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategiesEnsure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are integrated into all initiativesManage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships where applicableFacilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure transparency through regular updates and reportingPromote best practices in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and continuous improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field10-20 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data or technology domainsProven experience managing large-scale data projects (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, BI platforms, ETL pipelines)Experience in Databricks projectsStrong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and data governance conceptsExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsProficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
