Think of it as a year round job, just with two different offices.\nWe are looking for a Lead Line Cook that wants to help with specials, is a damn good line cook, likes working in a restaurant, and wants to share in the responsibilities of the day to day operations. You would line cook each night, cover for the Sous Chef on their nights off, and help lead the close every shift you work. This is a night and weekend position.\nCandidates must have critical thinking abilities, maturity, passion, nerves of steel and mad line skills. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent high volume. Must be available nights and weekends. Wage is D.O.E. plus a shared tip pool.\nThe successful Lead Line Cook candidate will have at least 2+ years in a kitchen\nMust be able to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis\nSelf starter\nLeader\nReliable\nAppreciate and promote team work\nPunctual, positive and flexible\nAverage butchery\nAbove average knife skills\nAble to read and sell tickets\nThis job will require nights and weekends\nThis position won't start until April and ewe are really looking for the “right” person that will fit in with our staff.
