You’ll ensure the space runs flawlessly day-to-day while delivering a premium, design-forward environment for customers, fans, partners, and guests.\n\nYou are equal parts local ambassador and host — someone who obsesses in building local community, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands that physical spaces are an extension of the brand.\n\nResponsibilities\nShowroom & Brand Experience\n\nOversee showroom presentation, product displays, and launch setups.\n\nPartner with marketing and retail teams to execute product launches, community moments, and press events.\n\nAct as on-site point of contact for partners, press, and VIP guests.\n\nConduct routine outreach effort in San Francisco community and host brand events to elevate Nothing’s local exposure.\n\nSite Operations & Facilities\n\nOwn daily site operations, including opening/closing procedures, vendor coordination, supplies, and maintenance.\n\nManage facilities partners (cleaning, security, repairs, utilities, etc.).\n\nOversee space readiness, safety compliance, and workplace standards.\n\nManage site budget, invoices, and reporting.\n\nWorkplace Experience\n\nCreate a welcoming, high-energy workplace experience for employees and visitors.\n\nSupport internal events, team offsites, and leadership visits.\n\nEnsure the space reflects brand standards at all times — visually, culturally, operationally.\n\nPeople & Coordination\n\nCoordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders (Retail, Marketing, People, Ops).\n\nSupport onboarding logistics for new hires based in SF.\n\nBuild playbooks and processes that scale as we grow.\n\nRequirements\n\nA fan of the Nothing; a technology early adopter; passionate to represent the brand in San Francisco.\n\n5+ years of experience in studio management, workplace operations, hospitality, retail management, showroom management, or similar.\n\nExperience managing a physical space end-to-end (office, retail, studio, or event space).\n\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail.\n\nComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.\n\nConfident communicator who can represent the brand in person.\n\nWillingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for launches or events.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience opening or building out new spaces.\n\nBackground in premium retail, design-led brands, or hospitality.\n\nStrong eye for design, culture, and contemporary creative movements.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
