The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the DoD acquisition framework, IT program management, and the ability to analyze technical documentation to support program objectives.\r\nJob Responsibilities:\r\nProvide acquisition and program management support for complex Information Technology programs. Responsibilities include supporting the development, analysis, and management of acquisition documentation throughout the program lifecycle.\r\nApply expert knowledge of the IT acquisition process and associated milestones to support program planning and execution. This includes assisting with acquisition strategies, milestone documentation, and coordination of program activities in alignment with established acquisition frameworks.\r\nAnalyze a variety of source documentation to support the preparation and maintenance of acquisition-related materials. This may include program documentation, acquisition packages, milestone decision documentation, and other program management deliverables.\r\nAssist program leadership in managing technically and functionally diverse IT initiatives and ensuring compliance with established acquisition policies and procedures. The position will support activities associated with the DoD 5000 acquisition framework and the management of programs through milestone decision points.\r\nCollaborate with program stakeholders to support the development of acquisition documentation, monitor program progress, and assist in coordinating program activities related to planning, budgeting, scheduling, and program execution.\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\nSecurity Clearance: IT-II security clearance OR NACLC\r\nBachelor's degree (BS or BA) required. Four (4) additional years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.\r\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in program management supporting technically and functionally diverse IT programs.\r\nExpert knowledge of the DoD 5000 acquisition series and experience managing programs through the milestone process.\r\nExperience supporting the Information Technology Acquisition process and its associated milestones.\r\nExperience analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the development of acquisition documentation.\r\nStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to support complex program management activities.\r\nMust possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission.\r\nRelevant certification from a nationally recognized authority required.\r\nLocation: Washington, DC (NCR) with potential travel to other government sites as required.\r\nPreferred Certifications:\r\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.\r\nGovernment program management certifications are highly desirable.\r\nCompany Overview:\r\nCSEngineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business established in 2002, is dedicated to becoming the premier engineering and services firm in our industry, all while prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.
