May assist in all phases of the projects, from procurement through close out. This is a temporary role, and anticipated duration is that of the project.\n\nPrincipal Duties and Accountabilities:\nAssist Project Managers with various clerical and administrative functions associated with any or all phases of U.S. Engineering projects – from procurement through job close out.\nCreate, maintain and/or control all project documentation. Coordinate the distribution of job documents to both internal and external parties, as necessary or as appropriate per company procedures.\nMaintain organized filing system for all project documentation, including ensuring that the operations portal (NEST) is kept current.\nMay participate in or coordinate special assignments related to project administration to improve operational efficiencies.\nSite safety item inventory management (i.e. vests, hard hats, gloves, etc.)\nAssist with submittal procurement and product procurement/tracking.\nWBS and Work pack tracking.\nBuilding and maintaining internal and external relationships\nReception/Administrative support which may include:\nSite badging/orientation management\nSite drug test management\nOffice trailer supply management\nCredit card purchase tracking:\nFuel receipts\nUSE card receipts\nJobsite fuel consumption reporting\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required.\nBusiness School or general business administration coursework may be beneficial.\nMinimum of two years administrative support or clerical experience required.\nExperience in construction industry project administration highly preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nMust possess at least Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAccuracy with data entry utilizing accounting system.\nSharp attention to detail and superior organizational skills.\nAbility to be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities.\nExcellent communication and writing skills.\nAbility to develop and foster effective professional relationships, internally and externally.\nExcellent time management skills, combined with keen sense of urgency to deliver results and meet project deadlines, etc.\nGeneral knowledge of construction industry and various construction documents is preferred.\nWork will be done in a typical office environment that will enable comfortable sitting. May also require standing, occasional bending, reaching, stooping, and light lifting. Position involves use of computer keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other office equipment.
