Job Title:Account Executive – Enterprise Sales / Business Development (Telugu Speaking)Role Overview:We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive responsible for driving enterprise sales of solution-based services to Fortune 500 organizations while actively building a pipeline of new logo clients. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Telugu to effectively engage regional prospects and decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:1. Enterprise Sales & Revenue GrowthOwn the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—for solution/service offerings. Drive revenue growth by selling into Fortune 500 / large enterprise accounts. Build and execute strategic account plans to expand business within key clients. 2. New Logo AcquisitionIdentify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients (new logos). Develop outbound strategies including cold outreach, networking, and referrals. Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across target industries. 3. Solution SellingUnderstand client business challenges and position tailored solutions/services. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling proposals. Lead client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and negotiations. 4. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. 5. Market & Territory DevelopmentFocus on specific regions/markets where Telugu language proficiency is key. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in enterprise sales / business development (typically 5–10 years). Strong track record of closing large deals with Fortune 500 clients. Demonstrated success in new logo hunting and pipeline generation. Experience in selling solutions/services (e.g., IT services, consulting, RPO, SaaS, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) along with strong English proficiency. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in industries such as IT services, staffing/RPO, consulting, or digital transformation. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.). MBA or equivalent business qualification.
