As a brand ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering a unique retail experience to our customers by effectively managing day-to-day operations in our store. We are seeking an individual who embodies our vision of creating the ultimate customer experience, possesses a background in retail and/or luxury goods, and demonstrates strong business acumen.\n\n*What can you expect as an Assistant Manager with Cigars International?*\n\n* Develop strategic business development plans to ensure brand growth and long-term financial success.\n* Assist in establishing standards and objectives for the retail sales staff.\n* Educate and hold the sales team accountable to company goals, visual merchandising directives, product knowledge, and customer service standards.\n* Oversee and optimize daily routines of retail associates to ensure operational efficiency.\n* Collaborate closely with the store manager to set and achieve sales and profit goals.\n* Monitor store expenses and maintain adherence to the allocated budget.\n* Create and manage employee schedules.\n* Track progress towards store goals and drive results.\n* Execute all store operations and ensure satisfactory completion.
