Administrative AssistantWe are hiring an Administrative Assistant to work out of our Newport Beach Office!Responsibilities:Plan exciting events for the office and company.Cultivate the office culture for internal and external clients.Work alongside all admins throughout the company to create a consistent and exciting office experience.Own the incoming and outgoing mail and package deliver process for the office.Fill out letters of transmittal as needed.Maintain the office kitchen and conference rooms, ensuring a high level of detail for a presentable office space.Assist with ordering insurance certificates as needed.Assist accounting with invoice backup.Help with miscellaneous projects and tasks for the office and company as needed.
