It's a PE-backed business in a build phase, so the environment moves quickly and the reporting needs to be right the first time!\n\nWhat you'll do:\nLead the accounting function and build out the finance and accounting team as the company scales\nOwn ERP implementation and drive automation across finance processes\nLead the accounting and finance side of global acquisition integrations\nEstablish internal controls, financial policies, and reporting discipline ahead of first commercial operations\nOwn GAAP-compliant financial statements and external audit relationships, and partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and planning\n\nMust-haves:\nERP implementation and automation experience\nExperience with SAP Business One is ideal\nADP or similar sized platform experience for payroll accounting is ideal\nTrack record of building and managing a finance and accounting team, not just being part of one\nBackground in a labor-intensive, project-based industry\n\nStrong preferences:\nCPA\nEnergy or mining experience, though open to other project-based industries given the labor-intensive nature of the business\nPublic and private accounting, ideally including Big 4 or top 10 audit or advisory\nAble to be onsite 3 to 5 days a week\n\nInterested?
