Well versed with threshold tuning methodologies & implementation. Exposure to ATL/BTL\n\n· Exposure to any of industry standard vendor tools such as Mantas, Actimize-SAM, Norkom\n\n*Job Duties*\n\n· Develop, maintain, and enhance quantitative models associated with our anomalous market activity detection and monitoring platform\n\n· Create tools to allow analysts to understand alerted activity in-depth\n\n· Refine business requirements and develop programming specifications\n\n· Work in partnership with stakeholders to develop and drive initiatives that transform and modernize the capabilities and services of monitoring within the compliance function.\n\n· Assess current and future state of surveillance, platform, policies, and procedures to promote continuous improvement.\n\n· Significant experience and direct knowledge of AML Transaction Monitoring systems and preferably Oracle Mantas, Prime BSA and Actimize.\n\n*Qualification*\n\n· M.S. in Computer Science\n\n· Exposure to Big Data Technologies is desirable\n\n*Skills required*\n\n· Excellent understanding of the banking industry and business lines\n\n· Analytical/numerical expertise demonstrated by cutting edge quantitative/statistical research and analysis projects\n\n· Strong experience in Python, SQL/HQL Spark, Hadoop, GitHub\n\n· Should have strong exposure to databases/technologies, data mining and business intelligence resources in the banking industry\n\n· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills\n\n· Good at creating and delivering impactful presentations\n\n· Good to have experience in R-programming and BASH/Shell\n\n*CRISIL Privacy Notice*\n\nCRISIL respects your privacy.
