Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, comprehensive oral healthcare within a well-equipped dental office. Collaborate effectively with a competent and supportive team of professionals, including dental hygienists, assistants, coordinators, and in-house specialists, to drive superior patient outcomes. Maintain the highest standards of operational and clinical excellence in daily practice. Leverage the latest dental technology, including 3D iTero scanners and lasers, with access to internal certification programs. Practice with clinical autonomy, supported by full practice management that handles marketing, patient flow, and administrative tasks, allowing a primary focus on patient care. Engage in continuous professional development and local clinical mentorship. Requirements Minimum of two years of professional dental experience is mandatory. Successful completion and graduation from an Accredited Dental School. Possess a Current WA State Dental License or the demonstrated ability to acquire one by the date of employment. Hold all other essential current licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
