This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $130,000 – $165,000 annuallyResponsibilities Design and maintain event streaming pipelines for data ingestion Develop analytical databases optimized for high-volume queries Write Elixir and Python services for event processing and transformation Integrate legacy event pipelines with modern streaming infrastructure Build monitoring and alerting tools to ensure pipeline health Define event schemas and quality standards with cross-functional teams Collaborate with product engineering and analytics to meet data needsQualifications Proficiency in Elixir and/or Python for data services and pipeline components Advanced SQL skills for data modeling and optimization Hands-on experience with OLAP databases at production scale Experience with stream processing frameworks and message brokers like Kafka or Flink Ability to integrate and migrate legacy systems to modern architectures Track record of operationalizing data pipelines and monitoring systems Experience designing data systems on AWS, with GCP as a bonusBenefits Comprehensive medical coverage Financial benefits including potential bonuses Flexible work environment Opportunities for professional developmentOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
