Make a Visible Impact.⚡Opportunity SummaryWe’re seeking a talented HR Generalist to join and support the HR Director in building and powering the day-to-day operations of our growing HR function across two sister companies: Copperline Electric and Emerald Engineering.This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in execution but also wants visibility into how an HR function is built, refined, and scaled. You’ll be the engine behind recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations—owning the details that keep things moving while helping create structure and consistency as we grow.What You’ll Be DoingServe as a trusted resource for day-to-day HR support, guiding employees and managers on policies, benefits, payroll, and moreOwn full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer and pre-employment stepsExecute onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finishReview timecards and support payroll preparation across both companiesMaintain accurate employee data and support HR workflows in our HRIS platform (Rippling)Ensure personnel records and documentation are accurate and compliantSupport employee relations by gathering information and escalating as neededHelp build and document HR processes to improve consistency and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For3–6+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator roleHands-on experience with full-cycle recruitingExposure to timekeeping and payroll processesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughResourceful, tech-savvy, and solutions-orientedStrong communicator with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential mattersComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in construction, engineering, or a field-based environment is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat You’ll Get From UsA leader who leads with heart, transparency, and high standards: You’ll work directly with the HR Director, gaining visibility into both the day-to-day work and how the HR function is built, scaled, and continuously improved.A highly visible role with real impact: This is not a check-the-box HR role.
