Bilingual Hospitality Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Manager to oversee hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners in Frisco/Dallas, TX.You’ll be the key contact between hotels and our HotelPro team, ensuring each hotel property has the staffing and support they need to succeed.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with hotel leadersVisit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverageRecruit, hire, and onboard new Team MembersAssist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team MembersRespond quickly to client and staffing needsEnsure payroll accuracy and HR compliancePromote HotelPro’s values and positive cultureRequirementsBilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!1+ year of experience as a Supervisor or LeaderSchedule flexibility to work a full-time day shift with ability to work during evenings and weekends as business needs requireAbility to drive to our office in Addison, TX and different hotel sites between Dallas and FriscoValid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites)Previous experience working independently and making informed decisionsExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamworkTech-savvy and eager to learn new systemsPassion for people, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for clients and Team MembersWho We AreHotelPro is a national leader in hospitality staffing with regional offices across the U.S. We’re proud to be a trusted, nationally preferred partner to top hotel management companies—driven by a legacy of excellence and people-first service.
